E Class
Clinics, health centre, crèche, day nursery, day centre, Gymnasiums, indoor recreations not motorised vehicles or firearms, Financial & professional services (not medical), Café or restaurant, Any industrial process (which can take place in residential areas without causing detriment to amenity), Research and development of products or processes, Office other than a use within Class A2
